Movies are always the best way to kill time. They are available in so many genres and that is what we all love about it. We see romance, action, comedy, thriller, and most importantly Bollywood is doing good in the Horror department too! Almost every actor and actresses have tried their hands-on Horror films and we can not thank them enough for keeping us entertained.

Having said that, since we have talked about horror movies genre, wont you want to know about the Bollywood movies which made it difficult for us to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night? Those moments where we tried to hide under the blanket when our kids are not around and tried to be macho when they were! Horror movies become all the way more fun when they are watched with the complete family. 1. Pari: Pari is a psychological horror-thriller movie where we saw Anushka Sharma in a very chilling role. This movie is directed by Prosit Roy and along with Anushka, we also saw Parambrata Chatterjee too. Pari is a supernatural thriller horror movie based on a girl name Ruksana, who is an abused victim and was found chained up in a shady forest in a small hut. That is when a man tries to help her but soon realizes who she really is.

2. 1921: 1921 was released in 2018. It is directed by Vikram Bhatt and we saw Zareen Khan, Karan Kundra, and Vikram too. They were seen to be playing the leading roles. It is set in the 1920s in England, where a pianist seeks the help of a ghost whisperer to set him free from an evil spirit.

3.Dobaara: See Your Evil- Do you remember the famous Hollywood movie Oculus? Where a brother-sister duo tries to get rid of an evil mirror who made their family mad and lose their lives one-by-one? Well, Dobaara is the Hindi dubbed movie of the original Oculus. This movie will star the real-life brother-sister duo, Huma Qureshi and Saqib Saleem.

4.Raaz Reboot: Raaz Reboot was released in 2016 and we saw Emraan Hashmi is a rather negative role. This was the fourth part of the movie Raaz and it also starred Kriti Kharbanda and Gaurav Arora. The fourth part was about human frailties, secrets, and also mysteries.

5.1920: London: Sharman Joshi even though a good actor is hardly seen nowadays on the silver screen. The third part of 1920 series also stars Meera Chopra too. This movie was directed by Tinu Suresh Desai. A man is possessed by demon spirits and in order to save him from the demon, the wife seeks the help of her ex-lover to perform an exorcism on him.

6.Khamoshiyan: This movie was released in 2015 and its about an erotic love triangle in between a writer who visits Kashmir and meets a woman with a strange personality and a silent past. This movie will unfold the mystery about this woman and what she has been hiding.

7.Alone: Alone is the remake of a Thai movie with the same name. It stars Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh. It was directed by Bhushan Patel. This movie is about a girl and her dead sister spirit who relentlessly haunts her.

8.Ragini MMS: After the success of Ragini MMS part 1, Ragini MMS part 2 starred the beautiful Sunny Leone. This movie was released in 2014. A movie is being set in a haunted house and the team somehow disturbs the evil spirit of the house and then begins the haunted journey.

9.Creature: The creature is a movie about an alien creature who tries to attack the residents of a newly opened forest lodge. This movie stars Bipasha Basu and Imran Abbas.

10.3G: A couple purchases a used phone and its only after using it, the couple starts experiencing some supernatural encounter. It is directed by Sheershak Anand and it stars Neil Nitin Mukesh and Sonal Chauhan.

11.EkThiDaayan: In the year 2013, we saw the release of super hit movie EkThiDayaan. This movie surely kept us thoroughly entertained and also made us fear each and every second of it. The tremendous acting by Konkana Sen and her hauntingly beautiful long black braid, Imran Hashmi, Huma Qureshi, and Kalki Koechlin, everyone gave their best shot and made this movie a sure shot hit.

12.Aatma: Aatma is a movie about a supernatural entity and a mother and her ordeal to save her little daughter. This movie came out in 2013 and it stars Bipasha Basu and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

13.Raaz 3: The third part of Raaz was released in 2012. It was directed by Vikram Bhatt and it starred Imran Hashmi, Bipasha Basu, and Esha Gupta. This movie is based on an actress who is extremely successful and practices dark magic.

14.1920: Evil Returns - 1920: Evil returns were released in 2012 and it starred Aftab Shivdasani and Tia Bajpai.

15.Shaapit: We saw the singer Aditya Narayan in Shaapit playing the leading character. This was his very first debut movie. It is directed by Vikram Bhatt and the movie revolves around a cursed girl.

16.Phoonk 2: Phoonk 2 is the sequel of Phoonk which was released in 2008. Its directed by Milind Gadagkar and we saw Sudeep, Amruta Khanvilkar, and AhsaasChanna.

17.13 B: A family recently moved to an apartment and it is 13B. Soon after they shifted here, they started experiencing something totally strange. The family watches a daily soap on the television and surprisingly the daily soap is the prequel of what is going to happen to their family. So, what is it all about?

19.Lupt: An insomniac but a successful businessman Harsh Tondon played by JavedJaaferi starts seeing some strange faces. He visits a psychiatrist and agrees to go for a family vacation. But its only, when he decides to go for a vacation thing, started to go haywire.

20.Agyaat: This movie was released in 2009 and it starred Nitin, Priyanka Kothari, and Gautam Rode. A camera breaks down in the middle of the jungle and it resulted in delay by four days, the 9 members of the cast and crew decided to explore the jungle and thus began the horror mystery.
