Website Crashed during peak sale time

I was quite excited about the Diwali sale, but the moment I logged in and tried to order, the website crashed and for the next 48 hours it didn’t work at all. A sudden crash, unknown method calling errors, invalid pages. It was awful. It was quite obvious that during the sale, there will more number of people as compared to the usual days. What’s the point of doing this, if the website can’t handle the load? I also had issues with the referral credits. I wouldn’t recommend this application at all. See the reviews then start shopping. I would give 1 star to this application.
