Swiggy inappropriate customer response

The Swiggy is not responsible for the quality of the food and the packaging of the restaurant; it's the restaurant that is responsible. These were the words of the validation manager of the Swiggy when I complained about the spilled coffee which was ordered from Starbucks. A total of 5 drinks was collected, only one was delivered in good condition rest all were spilled. These people don't take our satisfaction as the key; instead, they blame the restaurant. When I complained, they relied upon they are helpless in this situation, and they can't validate through the images shared by me. Even the delivery boy was aware of all the spillage, but he didn't say a word; thus, I was at a loss by ordering and delivering through this application. It's not a user-friendly service as they guarantee it to the consumers. This was the first time I was facing such an inadequate customer care response. Still, it happened before, and they accepted the mistake of the delivery executive and refunded some amount of money back, but this time they ruined their goodwill.
