Customer service is poor

The products of Zoiro are good but the customer service is quite disappointing. There was a sizing mistake from their end and they delivered the wrong size product to me. The product was 10 inches bigger than what I ordered. I've spent days trying to return the product and get the desired one. The website says my order number isn't recognized. I tried calling their customer executive but they never answered my call. I tried emailing them the complaint but there was no response from their side. So if I get my refund, I would never opt to buy anything if I’m on their website again. I would not recommend Zoiro to anybody. 1 star to Zoiro but I would definitely give five stars to CouponsCurry as because of this coupons website I availed discount but it didn’t turn out to be very useful for me. For other purchases, I would visit CouponsCurry for sure.
