Sony Bravia 138.8 cm (55 inches) 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV

Since the TV is from Sony, I have lots of expectations regarding specific standards. My woes increased when I order Sony Bravia 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV from Amazon. The packaging was good, and the product was delivered in a well-protected manner at my residence. Even, the installation was fast, and professionals did it. The installation was done for free but by third party agents.


In regards to the TV, sound and picture quality are both impressive as expected. However, the remote style is quite old fashioned, but again lots of inbuilt Smart Apps are available for which I appreciate my decision to buy this model of Sony TV. Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime and a few other apps come built-in. But it lacks in App Store, which is the only disadvantage I found with the device. I recorded a few series and movies from Amazon Prime in 4K HRD, and the quality is above my expectations.


I found a bit of glitch when attempting to connect the TV to my Wi-Fi. But, later, it was fixed when it turned off and again switched it on. Overall, the quality of the product is good as expected, and the best part is the picture quality which is beyond my imagination indeed.


Installation is done for free as mentioned in the package, and the installation team came to my house were 3rd party, but not the Sony people. But, I want to thank the team for smooth and swift installation without errors and damages. I am happy with my decision and buying experience.
