Annoyed with extra service charges

I am a frequent visitor to Inox theatre. I always use the Bookmyshow application or their Bookmyshow web page to book the tickets, and their service is quite good, but their extra charges are too high. They have two different types of service charges, and on top of that, GST. So, whenever we book the ticket from BookMyShow, we have to pay the cost of the movie ticket, the internet handling charges, booking fees, and 18% of GST, which adds up to a large amount.



The cost of the ticket and the booking fees are the standard charges; they charge booking fees because we use their service as they charge for their convenient service from which we can book the tickets comfortably from any part of the world. Now 18% GST, which we are paying, is necessary as they are government rules, so it is required to pay GST for everyone. Still, internet handling charges are relatively high, and it is higher than the GST percentage, which just adds up to too much, making a single ticket expensive.


I didn't face any refund problems due to ticket cancellation, but some of my friends told me they met some types of refund problems with BookMyShow.
