I cannot cancel the order once it is placed.

I was unable to cancel the order once it was placed even after some seconds. So, if I have entered any wrong information or selected any incorrect addresses, there is no option to cancel the order, and 30 INR has to be given to cancel the package. If the order is shipped, it is viable to take the money, but after a short period of 30 seconds, they don't let me cancel the order without paying the amount.
