Dissatisfied with the service and the signal

I was extremely angry and frustrated because of the customer executive’s behaviour in my city. My problem wasn’t solved for many day, I used to call frequently, either no one would pick up the call or they would keep my call on hold for a long time. The response time is pathetic. The speed of my internet is rapidly becoming horrible. I can’t even send my WhatsApp message properly. I would give 2 stars because of the service as it has caused me lot of inconvenience for a long time. I want the higher authorities of this company to deal with the matter so that customers don’t have to suffer.
