Trouble logging in or it shows OOPS something went wrong, I didn’t like it all

I got to know about Provogue through ads while browsing in google. I just downloaded the application, but I had trouble logging in, not just once but many times. When I logged in, the moment I started scrolling, and want to view a jacket, it showed something went wrong. After trying continuously, I couldn’t see it. It made me very frustrated and I was highly disappointed by their services, as none of the customer care or the reviews given by me were of any use as no action was taken against it. I had a very bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anybody. I would give 1 star for as I was very unhappy with their services.
