I had a very disappointing service from Netmeds. I ordered a lab test from Netmeds, and I paid in advance, but I received no response from Netmeds, no verification of the trial, no email, and no text messages. I waited for the person who was supposed to test me on the respective date at a dedicated time slot, which I gave and agreed to it. I waited, but nobody came to take the blood sample. I then contacted the customer care service, and they replied that my money would be refunded, and a refund will be initiated in 24 to 48 hours. It’s been six days now, and I haven't received any money from them. Very disappointing service from Netmeds and it was very unprofessional, and I feel that I've been cheated and fooled.
