Great and awesome products but slow website and service

I am very much impressed by the product and the website but still, I can give 3 out of 5 because of their service which is very poor and they also don't let the negative comment on their website which is very bad. The website is slow and very poorly organized. The GUI and navigation are pathetic. The website should be simpler without those big and chunky banners and should be chosen with good color. Secondly, the service for fulfilling the order is very bad. Due to COVID already things were slow I can understand but they made it worse. And last their customer response which was very slow to respond and when you get a response it is just loose from their side. At last, I will talk about the products which are great as they promise. The products deliver great results so I would say choose wisely before ordering as the service is poor but the product you chose will fulfil your needs.
