Pathetic service. Never use the service for Corporate Outings

We booked the bus through redBus for a team of corporates for an outing for 4 to 5 hours on Sunday. It's been several hours left for the journey, and we didn't get any bus details, vendor, and driver details. We called the authorities about the points they would have given until now, as promised by the redBus. When we reached the controls (a specific person in charge of our journey), he mentioned his issues, which were not related to their professional work. After talking, we got the details of two drivers sent through us by Email and text message. Finally, we coordinated with the driver and the respected bus service company about the pick-up location. So, it was decided that they'll pick up at 6:00 a.m., but the bus didn't arrive till 6:30 a.m., and they didn't even inform us about the delay. We had a bad day and our trip was ruined because of redBus. There was no point of getting discount from CouponsCurry.
