Extremely dissatisfying and unreliable service

Initially, I have had a satisfying experience with Big Basket service as their fruits and vegetables were relatively fresh. After a few purchases, things started missing from the orders, fruits like apples and watermelons were delivered rotten, and brown eggs were terrible. Though I availed discount from CouponsCurry but it was of no use as the products weren’t up to the mark. Tomatoes were raw and green repeatedly. When I called, they responded and refunded the amount to a big basket wallet, to ensure that the money stays with them. When I noticed this, then they said they would revert it to my source account. Just yesterday, I paid for coconut, and it was missing from the order. The delivery boy did not even notice it. The delivery man then said that the money would be refunded back, but I needed it for cooking. Also, the tomatoes were again very raw and a few rotten. I tried to calling customer care service, I found out my call keeps getting disconnected as the service center blocked my contact. Then I thought of returning the product, but their application didn't show perishable goods' pickup timings. Later, they stopped the service of pickup of perishable items as items gets decomposed over time. Initially, the customer service queries will be responded to on time, but once you become dependent on them, they will start to show their pathetic service. Please be prepared and aware of the service, specifically at places where the things are delivered rotten raw or sometimes the products may be missing.
