I didn’t like the bus and the service at all

According to my experience, redBus does not offer proper customer care service, even after calling the authorities to check the delay nobody picked up the call nor considered informing the customers or clients about their issue. When I inquired from the vendor, he said redBus doesn't offer any A.C. bus service in this city. There were too many games played in the resort, but the whole journey took about 1.5 hours, and thus, all planned things were missed due to trip delays. This was the worst experience with the redBus and the vendors which they chose. Please plan your trip by selecting the appropriate bus.
