Not a professional site would not recommend to anyone

These people do not try to convey to their client posts talking about the requests. Regardless of whether you raise a ticket, they simply close it without tending to it. It takes ages for you to get your item, and I am as yet pausing, trusting some time or another I will. It's been over about a month and a half, and the status consistently says underway for a direct easy chair. Unprofessional, and their client experience group sucks. They don't reveal to you when the item will be conveyed, nor they have any sign. This is the first and the last request from my end. I could never prescribe this site to anybody. Kindly don't pass by the rating on their site. I am certain it's controlled on the grounds that their site does not acknowledge low evaluation. They are simply swindling us.
