One of the best customer care teams I have had the pleasure of knowing

I had ordered a King-sized last week from Home Décor and I just received my Bed last night. It looks much better than the picture but this was not even the best part. I was amazed at how good the customer service was, I honestly don’t think I would be able to go back to regular customer care service not after experiencing the one at Home Centre. They were with me throughout the entire process and had the patience to listen to me ramble on about my lack of knowledge when it comes to this stuff. They even took the time to tell me everything that I needed to know and reassured me every step of the way. I felt at a point that we're actually more concerned than I was.
