2. Go to the My orders option that you will find in the My account section. You will see an option that says Track my order - click on that and you will see the recent order that is yet to be delivered. Click on that order.

Cancelation of the order from Big Bazaar Shopping app

In case of cancelation of order, you can follow two ways.

1. Call the Big Bazaar store from where you have ordered the products and tell them your order ID and cancel the order.




2. The second option is you have to go to My orders and click on the option Cancel Order. Mention the reason and your order will be canceled.

With the payments that are made online, you would get a refund to your Future Pay account. If you have opted for Cash on delivery, then you pay for only the items that are delivered, and not for those that have not been delivered to you.

Please make sure, if you are cancelling the order, you cancel in a given time frame. Once the order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel it and have to pay for it, if you have not already.
